Deposits are required to book all services. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or change a booking without penalty.
If you need to change your booking less than 48 hours before your appointment, a $20 flat fee will be applied to your appointment.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be due upon rebooking.
We are a collective of small business service providers. A no refund policy is in place for all services. Many of our services are customized and every unique individual may experience varying results.
If there is an extenuating circumstance, a refund may be provided on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of the service provider.
Deposits collected from missed appointments are 100% Non Refundable.
